- Applicants wishing to apply visa by mail/post can send to the Embassy withLetter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post(More Information on Letter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post-https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/letterpack/index_en.html
- One Letter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post must send together with your applications to return your passport.
- “Application Form” should be filled out completely, and attached all the necessary documents.
- Embassy will not bear the responsibility for the delaying of visa because of the incomplete application form and lack of necessary documents.
- Visa processing time depends on the submission of complete application form together with all the necessary documents.
