As the types of the visa have been updated by Myanmar authorities concerned, the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Tokyo facilitates the following new type of visa for all applicants with effect from 9th April 2018-

Apply by mail service System

Applicants wishing to apply visa by mail/ post can send to the Embassy with letter pack 600 envelope of JP post

One Letter pack 600 envelope of JP post must send together with your applications to return your passport.
Application form should be filled out completely and attached all the necessary documents.
Embassy will not bear the responsibility for the delaying of visa because of the incomplete application form and lack of necessary documents.
Visa processing time depends on the submission of complete application form together with all the necessary documents.

Bank Information

Visa applicants are requested to submit visa fees to the following Embassy’s account only after receiving visa confirmation from the Embassy
